Most people have given, received, bought, grown or gathered flowers at some point in their lives. All kinds of meanings and memories can be attached to them, generally positive ones. My spontaneous enhancement of the flowers' colors and forms seems to make viewers feel more connected with what they're seeing or feeling. (Please Note: The yellow copyright signature on the paintings is superimposed and doesn't exist on the originals. Also, the original artwork's colors are a little different from in the gallery scans: vibrancy, crispness, or tone might have been lost. Images are displayed in the order they were created.)
