My poodles are my passion (and room-mates)—a huge part of my life. There's barely a painting they haven't witnessed me creating. At first, I never thought I'd be able to represent them as I'd like. But, through many hours of them gazing at me working—being there for me—I lost the fear. As with the human faces I create, my poodle face depictions are variable—manifest different personalities on different days, but usually happy for the opportunity to admire themselves/be admired.
(Please Note: The yellow copyright signature on the paintings is superimposed and doesn't exist on the originals. Also, the original artwork's colors are a little different from in the gallery scans: vibrancy, crispness, or tone might have been lost. Images are displayed in the order they were created.)
